Screening

A student takes an interactive, youth-friendly survey to assess their strengths, challenges, and needs.

Brief intervention

Based on their responses, students may meet with the school counselor to dig a bit deeper and talk about next steps.

Referral to services

Students who need additional help are referred to mental health and substance use providers who are part of the Student Health Hub.

Additional support services

Students can also be referred to help with food, housing, transportation, and other needs to help support their healthcare goals.
