Screening | Brief Intervention | Referral to Treatment

In Q3 2024, we launched new Student Health Hub Software to support the ‘Referral to Treatment’ process at Dimmitt and Nelsen Middle Schools. We onboarded Asian Counseling and Referral Services (ACRS) and Project Be Free as two new hub providers, and formed a workgroup to co-design a new process that supports student referrals to housing assistance.

Since program launch in January 2024, hundreds of students have been screened, 50% required follow-up, and 100% of those who requested additional care through the Hub were matched with a provider.
