In Q2 2025, we expanded Student Health Hub to a total of 9 schools and 14 youth behavioral health providers. Since program launch in January 2024, hundreds of students have been screened, approximately 47% required follow-up, and 96% of those who requested additional care through the Hub were matched with a provider.
Here’s a quick recap of Q2 2025:
“Student Health Hub” launched in nine schools
Talley High School, Dimmitt Middle School, Nelsen Middle School, Risdon Middle School, McKnight Middle School, Cascade Elementary, Highlands Elementary, Renton Academy, and the H.O.M.E. Program
763 students screened
for social emotional needs and substance abuse issues using the “Check Yourself” online tool developed by Seattle Children’s Hospital.
