Screening | Brief Intervention | Referral to Treatment
In Q4 2024, we expanded Student Health Hub to a total of 8 schools in the district and 13 youth behavioral health providers, including two new hub providers, YMCA and You Grow Girl.
Since program launch in January 2024, hundreds of students have been screened, 50% required follow-up, and 93% of those who requested additional care through the Hub were matched with a provider.

“Student Health Hub” launched in eight schools
Talley High School, Dimmitt Middle School, Nelsen Middle School, Risdon Middle School, McKnight Middle School, Cascade Elementary, Highlands Elementary, Renton Academy

421 students screened
for social emotional needs and substance abuse issues using the “Check Yourself” online tool developed by Seattle Children’s Hospital.


54% of students screened required brief intervention
23% yellow flags (brief intervention)
